Hans-Peter Dohr is the founder and Managing Partner of Dohr Capital GmbH and an associated partner to GlobalFinance. He has 20 years of experience in M&A and private equity.

He was a partner and co-head of German corporate finance at Fox-Pitt, Kelton, an investment bank based in London specialising in the financial services industry. Prior to this, he was a director at Salomon Brothers and head of investment banking at Credit Lyonnais Austria and Chase Manhattan Bank Austria. He was also advisor to the Austrian Minister of Finance and delegate of the Ministry of Finance on the supervisory board of the Austrian Privatisation Agency ÖIAG. He started his career at FGG in Vienna, a state-owned development bank.

Hans-Peter Dohr holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Economics and Business Administration in Vienna.
