Matthias Stanzel Managing Director Matthias Stanzel is a co-founder of GlobalFinance. He is an internationally trained private equity and M&A specialist with 15 years of experience in all aspects of the business. He started his career with KPMG in accounting and tax and was already involved in M&A transactions at that time. He was then in the team that built Salomon Brothers' German investment banking business out of London. Following to this, he was a principal investor with HSBC Private Equity in London.
