Exits apply to situations when shareholders intend to sell the whole or parts of their shareholdings. Then we intensively communicate with these buyers to generate offers and make the deal happen. This requires personal relationship and trust. Finally, we support you in negotiating the valuation and terms and conditions of the transaction, guide you through the due diligence process and make sure that the corresponding legal documents reflect the entire agreements.
